Núcleo Arqueológico da Rua dos Correeiros

On October 11, we visited Lisbon underground with our students – the Núcleo Arqueológico da Rua dos Correeiros.

Our students had an incredible experience underneath the Baixa Pombalina.

There, they had the opportunity to see archaeological vestiges from different eras since Iberian-Punic city (5th century BC), passing through the Roman, Arab, and medieval periods, up to the 18th century.

Our tours are not only to learn about Portuguese culture. It is also to meet other Portuguese learners and share experiences.

Saudade Language School
