Book Club #4: 25 de Abril
This month, our Book Club Ler nas Entrelinhas coincided with one of the most significant dates in Portuguese history: April 25th.
Literature played a very important role in the Revolution, not only through what was read, written, said and experienced at the time, but also through what was silenced.
Before the meeting, students received a selection of texts about the Revolution to read and reflect on. Then, at the School, we went over the texts once more and discussed them in their historial context!
Once the meeting concluded, we set off and joined the march in Avenida da Liberdade!
