Book Club #3: Month of Poetry

For the 3rd meeting of our Book Club Entrelinhas, we challenged our students to explore Portuguese Poetry with us, as well as take part in our Open Mic session!

Upon signing up, students were given a short anthology with various poems by Portuguese authors.

As we read through these poems together, students discussed with the group which poems, verses, lines or expressions they liked best, and why.

And lastly, the second part of the meeting was reserved for the Open Mic session!
Students were able to share their favorite poems with the group, and talk about what they love most about them!

We also invited authors and guests readers to the session, which shared their works and voiced poetic works respectively!
