Reading in Conversation: 1st Edition
Reading in Conversation (Ler na Conversa in Portuguese) merges reading and conversation into one session of good times, sharing and love of the Portuguese language!
This project was initiated by one of our excellent language teachers, Anabela, in April 2020. And, this May 6th, Saudade held its first in-person edition!
Reading doesn’t have to be a solitary and silent act. It can be a collective act, where you create new meanings, new experiences and possibilities!
In our get-together, participants had the opportunity to:
- Read and listen, to improve pronunciation and listening skills
- Describe pictures, to increase vocabulary and develop speaking skills
- Make new friends and meet new people!
Everyone had a great time!
