Workshop: Women in Political Song

On the occasion of Women’s Day, celebrated on March 8th, our school held a cultural event as part of our dear teacher Inês’ Portuguese Through Music project, this time with the theme: “Women in political song”.

The students loved learning, through music, about the history of political song in Portuguese culture, with special emphasis on the role of women. They were also able to practice Portuguese orally, increase their vocabulary and become more familiar with the culture of the country they have chosen to live in!
